How communication at work happens

What do you do when you feel sick4:36

Write to my boss on Whatsapp informing that I'm down with fever and taking the day off4:38

When you have a wedding in the family to attend ?4:40

4 Notify my boss on Whatsapp to approve my travel.4:42

5 How many times do you perform any of these actions directly on the system *without* having that chat on Whatsapp?4:43

6 Ummm...Never4:44

7 So you've been subconsciously using Whatsapp for professional exchanges, information sharing and approvals anyway4:45

You're already there.4:46

8 That's true!4:47

Because it's the one app sitting in the middle of a hundred other apps that we all are most comfortable with, right?4:48

Yes! It's the first place you go to. Since it comes most naturally to you. So we wanted to respect that preference.4:49
